It’s a classic he said-she said situation - involving paint.

Tipperary mom Niamh Moloney captured footage of her son Daniel, as she arrived to collect him from a play-date yesterday.

Daniel and his partner-in-crime, a little girl named Mia, emerge from the back garden covered in yellow paint.

As Niamh asks them how they got that way, and who was responsible, little Daniel looks perplexed.

He then attempts to pin the blame on Mia.

Someone’s got some explaining to do...
