A second postmortem is to be carried out on the remains of a prison officer who died in Belfast this week.

52-year-old Adrian Ismay suffered severe leg injuries as a bomb went off under his van two weeks ago. He died on tuesday of this week.

Earlier this week, 45-year-old Christopher Robinson appeared in court in Belfast charged with his murder.

His lawyers questioned the prison officers cause of death.

They want a review of his medical care in the eleven days between the bombing and Mr Ismay's death.

A group calling itself the New IRA claimed responsibility for the attack.
