A person has been arrested after a shooting at a primary school in South Carolina.
The Associated Press says two students and one teacher have been wounded.
The suspect arrested is believed to be a teenager.
Local media says the shooting was at Townville Elementary School in Anderson County on Wednesday afternoon.
The coroner said the student’s injuries do not appear to be life-threatening.
WYFF TV reports helicopters landed by the school, and students were evacuated to a nearby church.
It also says the Anderson County Coroner's Office is investigating a death three miles away from the school that could be connected with the incident.
