A Fianna Fáil TD has suggested the party could form a coalition with Labour, the Social Democrats and Renua.
Sean Fleming says all of those parties remain an option - as it has ruled out working with either Fine Gael or Sinn Féin.
The party would have to hold a special Ard Fheis to ratify a programme for government it reaches with any party.

But Deputy Fleming says the party is setting out its stall clearly before polling.
