Tucking into a crisp sandwich will help add a little cheer for sick children around the country this Christmas after Tayto announced a partnership with charity, LauraLynn.

The Irish crisp company will be donating €1 from every sandwich sold at the Tayto Crispmas workshop this holiday season to the charity.

The workshop is located at the Arnotts Christmas windows on Henry Street with the window design inspired by Santa’s workshop in the North Pole.

LauraLynn is Ireland’s only children’s hospice; providing a range of vital services for families including symptom management, music and play therapy, psychological supports and end-of-life care.

It costs €5.2million to keep the Children’s Hospice open each year - €3.5million of which is generated through fundraised income.

“LauraLynn provides hospice care to 170 children with life limiting conditions and their families,” said CEO, Sharon Morrow.

“In order to do this, we must raise €3.5 million every year and this is only possible through the generosity of supporters like Tayto and Arnotts.”

Visitors to the window will be able to choose from four festive flavours with gift Boxes, bags and advent calendars also on offer.

The workshop will be open from December 1st until Christmas Eve.
