Two decades after an American woman went blind following a car crash - she can now see again.
Mary Ann Franco from Florida lost her vision in a car crash in 1995, and unexpectedly regained her sight after having an operation on her neck, which she hurt when she fell at home recently.
Doctors think the accident may have created a blockage or kink near her spine - which has been corrected by the surgery.
