Met Éireann have issued another yellow warning for this afternoon until Saturday 15th November.
Thundery downpours later today and for a time tonight with the ongoing risk of flooding. Rainfall amounts are likely to be between 20 to 30 mm.
The warning is in place for Dublin, Wicklow, Wexrford and Waterford.
This morning, many roads are impassable after torrential rain last night and two weather warnings remain in place.
Many roads are closed in parts of Dublin, Meath, Louth and Kildare due to flooding, and there's widespread surface water on routes - so motorists should take extra care.
Dublin Fire Brigade says houses have been flooded in Nutgrove Avenue in Dublin and the road is blocked near the Grange Road junction.
