Ryanair has unveiled its Irish winter 2017 schedule - it includes the new Dublin route to Naples which it announced yesterday - as well as new Dublin winter services to Tours in France's Loire Valley and a new Spanish route serving Valencia.

It has also announced a new Kerry service to Berlin - these routes will all operate twice weekly.

To celebrate, it is holding a flash sale on its website - offering flights to European destinations from €19.99 until midnight tonight.

When the new schedule is up and running, the company will offer 760 weekly flights from Ireland.

Ryanair also promises that low fuel costs mean that its prices will be lower than last year throughout 2017.

Ryanair’s Robin Kiely said: “We are pleased to release our new winter 2017 schedule for sale on the Ryanair.com website, which includes a new Dublin route to Naples, a new Kerry route to Berlin and 68 routes in total.

"Irish customers and visitors can now book flights out as far as March 2018 and can look forward to even lower fares, so there’s never been a better time to book a low fare flight on Ryanair. We urge all customers who wish to book their holidays to do so now on the Ryanair.com website or mobile app, where they can avail of the lowest fare air travel to and from Ireland."
