Monopoly has long been a source of arguments between family and friends - and it looks like the rows are going to continue.

A new Monopoly World Edition has been released to celebrate 80 years of the game, and they have chosen 20 of the top ranked world cities on the board.

However Dublin, or any city in Ireland, has not been included on the board.

Belfast in the North does feature, as does London.

The top dark blue most expensive places are taken by Lima in Peru and Hong Kong in China.

The city rankings were decided by an online vote - and maker Hasbro said nearly four million votes were cast across 182 countries.

Since its debut in 1935, the Monopoly brand has captivated more than 1 billion players around the world.

The full new list - and their ranking on the board - is below:

  • Dark Blue: Lima, Peru; Hong Kong, China
  • Green: Riga, Latvia; Lisbon, Portugal; Istanbul, Turkey
  • Yellow: Warsaw, Poland; Mexico City, Mexico; Santiago, Chile
  • Red: Belfast, Northern Ireland; Athens, Greece; Belgrade, Serbia
  • Orange: London, England; Moscow, Russia; Tokyo, Japan
  • Magenta: New York, NY, U.S.A; Amsterdam, Netherlands; Sydney, Australia
  • Light Blue: Queenstown, New Zealand; Cape Town, South Africa; Taipei, Taiwan
  • Brown: Giethoorn, Netherlands; Madrid, Spain
