More than 50 people were arrested this weekend at a Letterkenny event attended by thousands of rally fans.
Most of the arrests at the Donegal International Rally related to dangerous driving (22) and public order offences (19).
Nine drivers were detained for drink driving, while four people were arrested for criminal damage, gardaí confirmed.
Three others were arrested over drug offences and another was taken into custody over an alleged hit-and-run.
One man also had his ear partially bitten off during the three-day rally, according to reports.
The Irish Times said the man was taken to hospital after being targeted by people not thought to be involved in the event.
The annual rally is one of the largest competitions of its kind in Ireland, attracting tens of thousands of spectators.
