Massimo Cellino has lost his appeal against his disqualification from owning Leeds.
The Italian was banned by the Football League in December because he had been found guilty of tax evasion in his own country.
Cellino now has to sever ties with the Championship club until the 10th of April when his conviction becomes spent under UK law.
