Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel say they are "very satisfied" after settling their defamation action against Heat magazine at the High Court in Dublin this morning.
The celebrity couple undertook the proceedings over an article and photographs published in the magazine's September edition.
In a statement to the High Court, Heat's publisher Bauer Media said it "unreservedly apologises to the couple" and retracted statements "improperly attributed to Ms Biel".
The couple had opted to take the action against the German based publisher through the Irish courts.
