The Taoiseach is to meet local residents in Dublin's north inner city this evening.
Enda Kenny had pledged to visit the area in the wake of the recent spate of gangland murders.
Four people have been killed in the district in recent months as a result of the ongoing feud between the Hutch and Kinahan gangs.

An invite to Mr Kenny was issued by local Independent TD Maureen O'Sullivan.
The Taoiseach's visit is being described as a "listening exercise" with local community groups, which will feed into the taskforce being established to tackle gangland crime.
