Gardaí appeal for help in identifying body found in north Dublin

Gardaí are seeking the public's help in identifying a woman whose body was recovered from the sea in Dublin.

The discovery was made at The Bull Wall in Clontarf on the morning of Tuesday June 30th.

The woman is believed to have been aged in her late 60s or early 70s, and is described as being of slight build with grey hair.

The woman was wearing a red coloured light-weight jumper, which had a floral pattern.

She was also wearing a white vest/t-shirt, black corduroy trousers and black shoes which had a heel and square toe.

The woman also had a green, navy and red coloured leather money holder around her neck.

A green, quilted jacket and blue polka dot umbrella were found close by.

Gardaí are appealing for anyone with information which may assist in identifying this woman to contact them at Clontarf garda station on 01-6664-800, the Garda Confidential Line at 1800-666-111 or any garda station.
