Gardaí in Dublin are investigating after a woman in her 30s was assaulted this morning.
The incident happened in Swords, on the R132 close to the Seatown Road and the Seatown Roundabout. The area is known locally as Woodies roundabout.
At around 6.45am, a woman who was walking to work was assaulted by a man wearing a grey hoodie.
She received minor injuries, but managed to get away from her attacker.
She was then helped by a passing cyclist.
Gardaí are calling on anybody who was in the area of the R132 - particularly between Balheary Road and Seatown Roundabout - this morning to contact them at Swords Garda Station on 01-666-4700.
