Today is the last day of free water before water bills start tomorrow.  According to Hotpoint 6 out of 10 of us plan to cut down on personal hygiene and 57% of us will wash our clothes less often. So how will you spend your last free water day? Will you have a bath tonight, water the garden or have water fight?
