Dublin City Council have only granted permission for 3 Garth Brooks concerts. Friday the 25th, Saturday the 26th and Sunday 27th but Monday the 28th and 29th Tuesday of July have been cancelled. I spoke to local Councillor Neil Ring, residents and fans about the decision.
