A judge in LA has granted Sheryl Crow a temporary restraining order against a man who is accused of threatening to shoot her.

The order requires the man to stay 100 yards (90m) away from the Grammy-winning singer-songwriter.

She wrote in a sworn statement that she is fearful of the man because he claims she has stolen money from him and broken into his house.
