A man in his 30 has died in a motorbike accident in Dublin.

Gardaí said it happened on the M1 near Balbriggan yesterday evening.

The man was the only person injured in the accident and was pronounced dead at the scene.

Gardaí are appealing for witnesses or any witnesses to the crash to come forward.

They are particularly interested in talking to drivers who were in the area at the time and may have dash cam footage.
