The Merseyside derby which could potentially see Liverpool clinch the title will have an evening kick-off and will be shown free-to-air TV.

Everton are due to host Jurgen Klopp's champions elect on Sunday June 21 with a 7pm start on Sky Sports' free channel, Pick.

The Premier League clubs were today shown a draft list of provisional kick-off times for the first three rounds of fixtures upon the league's resumption.

Goodison's hosting of the derby is still subject to approval from Liverpool city council’s Safety Advisory Group, which is due to meet on Monday (June 8).

Should Manchester City lose to Arsenal on June 17, and Liverpool beat Everton then the title will be Anfield-bound for the first time since 1990.

Meanwhile, the BBC's first live top flight football since the 1987-88 season will be the evening meeting of Bournemouth and Crystal Palace on Sunday June 21.

The BBC have been allocated four live TV games, a first in the Premier League era.

The Beeb's second game will see Norwich meet Everton at Carrow Road on Wednesday June 24.

Those BBC-broadcast matches could have the largest ever audience for Premier League games.

For example, a peak of 4.8million people tuned in to Newcastle's FA Cup 4th round replay win at Oxford United.

By comparison, the biggest ever audience on Sky hit a peak of 4.04million for Manchester City's 1-0 win over Manchester United in April of 2012.

Brighton and Arsenal are due to have the honour of being the first clubs to have a 3pm Saturday kick-off screened live in the UK when they meet at the AmEx on June 20.

However, The Times report that between four and six of those games will be subject to change.
