The family of former billionaire Sean Quinn has won the right to have their past forgotten or at least to have their past forgotten by google because the search engine has agreed to remove certain returns from it searches that show up when you search the names of individuals from the Quinn family. Shane Phelan Legal Affairs Editor with The Irish Independent filled in Anton on the story.

Associate Professor TJ McIntyre, consultant with Solicitors and chair of Digital Rights Ireland joined the show to shed some light on the intricacies of the law itself.
