As the days close in, the nights get colder, and the weather turns, the lockdown might seem like a daunting prospect - but it is crucial that we maintain a healthy outlook and try to see the bright side of what can sometimes seem like an insurmountable challenge.

Musician, music teacher and wedding performer, Patrick Dexter joined Susan Keogh to chat about his 'Moments in Music' posted to his Twitter & Instagram accounts, living through lockdown in rural Co. Mayo, and finding peace through music.
