There has been reports in recent weeks that there could be a return to Loyalist violence in the North if the Northern Ireland protocol is not scrapped.
Members of the Loyalist community are angry because of the Northern Ireland protocol; which came into effect in January.
And under the terms of the protocol, Northern Ireland remains in the EU’s single market for goods, while the rest of the UK has left.
That means checks are required at ports and airports on certain products arriving from Great Britain, so essentially there is now a border in the Irish Sea.
But could there be a return of violence?
Tensions have been rising in recent weeks; graffiti, posters and supposed threats against workers at Larne port.
