Dog walkers aren’t controlling their dogs, which has been leading to several sheep attacks for some time. Pat was joined on the show by farmer Daniel Dowling who lose sheep in an attack and also IFA Rep Tom Byrne, Former Chairman of  Wicklow County Council.
