The Bar of Ireland have launched a series of lectures available to all called ‘The Green Street Lecture Series’. These lectures follow different cases in Irish legal history that have a historical and cultural impact on society. John O’Donnell’s lecture follows the Trial and Error of poet Patrick Kavanagh, who took legal action against Dublin magazine ‘The Leader’ for defamation of character and John joined Pat on the show this morning.
