Caroline Flack’s tragic death, has raised some questions about how we deal with online abuse. Are more regulations the answer? Or will that impact people’s freedom of speech? How damaging is it to a person to receive such abuse? And why do people even feel the need to write negative comments? To find out the answers to all of these questions and more we spoke with Allison Keating, Psychologist from B Well Clinic in Malahide. As well as Allison, online personality Joanne Larby, told us about her experience with online abuse.
