One-third of pubs and restaurants not checking for Digital Covid Certs

One-third of businesses not checking for vaccine pass.

As of Friday the 15th of October the HSE and the Health and Safety Authority carried out over 5,600 checks to see if pubs and restaurants were compliant when it came to checking for the digital Covid cert.

Of these 5,621 checks it was found that 69% or 3864 businesses were compliant. The other 31% were not compliant or required additional compliance measures according to the HSE.
