At 2am Irish time, a ceasefire came into effect between Israel and Lebanon. Many displaced Lebanese people started to return home despite warnings from the IDF to wait for their permission. As families return to ruined homes,Irish Times Correspondent in Beirut Sally Hayden spoke to Pat on the ground from Beirut to discuss the mood there.
