Carl Dempsey died suddenly while taking part in the Gaelforce race in 2021, leaving behind his wife Lorraine and his 4 children. This week marks the second anniversary of his passing, and Lorraine is sharing her experience of loss and grief, the support she found helpful, new learnings about life and herself, and how to take on sole responsibility in looking after her children, one of whom has a disability.
