The surge in hospital numbers is seeing more people coming into the hospital not covid related.  The cyber-attack contributing to the slow process people are going through so it delays things.  To discuss this and more we were joined on the show this morning by Anne O'Connor Chief Operations officer of the HSE and Dr Anthony Breslin, director of public health for the HSE north-west region.
