We throw out a third of the food we buy but it also turns out supermarkets also throw out huge quantities of food still in date. Late at night Henry McKean went 'Dumpster Diving' with Caitlin Weich who feeds herself entirely from supermarket bins. She does it to highlight waste and promote sustainability as opposed to being forced to for financial reasons. Henry McKean sent us this report to see if he could get his dinner from inside a bin.
