Thanks to the ongoing Covid 19 pandemic, a large number of hotel projects that were in the pipeline are now seen as unfeasible.

Coupled with a boom in mortgage approvals, could we see developers focus now more intensely on the supply of housing rather than hotels?

Jonathan Healy is joined by Karl Deeter from Irish Mortgage Brokers, Tom Barrett, director of hotels with Savills and Eoin O’Brion, Sinn Fein Housing Spokesperson and TD for Dublin Mid-West.
