Almost every town across the country is affected by vacant buildings.
Large closed down properties, lying idle, and, in some cases, becoming eyesores, which could help ease the housing crisis.
There are estimated to be around 2,800 vacant properties in Tipperary.
I travelled throughout the county meeting locals who want the buildings brought back into the housing market.

In Tipperary, it's estimated there are possibly up to 3,000 vacant dwellings. Work is now underway to identify them all and try to bring some of them back into the housing market.
