Exchequer figures down, and unemployment up - and this is all after having the public coffers in rude health.

The Minister for Finance Paschal Donohoe spoke to Ivan on this evening's edition of the Hard Shoulder, during a week where he hopes the Programme for Government will be accepted by Fine Gael, Fianna Fáil and the Green Party.

He also touched on the public finances, whether the country will bounce back, and the effects Covid 19 will continue to have economically going forward.
