Convicted murderer Graham Dwyer has won a significant legal battle in his attempt to have his conviction for murder overturned. 

Graham Dwyer launched a case against the Garda Commissioner and the Minister for Communications claiming that data gathered from his phone, should not have been used at his trial.  

Dwyer was convicted for the murder of childcare worker Elaine O’Hara in 2015 and Jonathan Healy was joined on The Hard Shoulder by Crime Journalist and author of 'Almost the Perfect Murder: The Killing of Elaine O’Hara' Paul Williams to look back at the case…
