The Minister for Foreign Affairs Simon Coveney told Kieran the EU can't ignore a breach of international law if the British government press ahead with unilateral changes to the Brexit protocol. He also spoke about the British government apparent desire to make the EU look inflexible and the challenges that might lie ahead.
