Residents moved in to Fold Ireland’s new development of 47 new homes for older people in north Dublin earlier this month.  Meanwhile, ALONE, the organisation which supports older people, recently acquired Jamestown Court in Inchicore from Dublin City Council to provide provide homes for older people.

Well, for an examination of the housing units being offered and provided for Older people, Ivan was joined in studio by Tina Donaghy, Director of Development at Fold Ireland and on the line by Sean Moynihan, the CEO of ALONE.

And Newstalk reporter, Aideen Finnegan spoke to some of the new residents in Fold Ireland new development at Wellview House, Tonlegee Road, Coolock in Dublin 5.
