The first part of the new National Children's Hospital project opened in Dublin today.  The new paediatric outpatient and urgent care centre at Children's Health Ireland (CHI) at Connolly Hospital in Blanchardstown.   However, safety concerns were raised by doctors in recent weeks and the required amount of staff could not be recruited and as a result the facility will operate on restricted hours.
