It seems that RTE rules disqualify Mark Durkan from participating in election debates as they say the candidate needs to have stood in a previous local or general election in Ireland. Durkan has obviously stood for election in Derry, which is in Ireland. So what’s the story? Mark joined Ivan in studio to explain what has happened?
