Ceann Comhairle’s decision to block People Before Profit’s motion on “money messages” went through a High Court hearing this afternoon.

Justice Garrett Simons says he will grant leave for a judicial review into whether the Ceann Comhairle acted beyond his powers, but will not make any interim order amending the Dáil's schedule for today.
