Ivan was joined on Thursday's edition of the Hard Shoulder by Darragh O’Brien, Fianna Fáil TD for Dublin Fingal, and the newly anointed minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage.

He’s been given, arguably, one of the most pressing portfolios in Housing.  That was certainly the case before the Covid crisis hit.

It's a crisis that has not gone away, and Minister O'Brien explained what he intended to do in his new Department.
