The Hard Shoulder continued its week long series looking at the prospective Programme for Government between Fine Gael, Fianna Fáil and the Green Party.

On Wednesday, the focus turned to the promise to have a Citizens Assembly on the issue of drug criminalization in the lifetime of the Government.
