Marches by Saoradh, the so-called New IRA, took place over the weekend in Dublin and Cork, and were condemned by the Taoiseach as well as many others.

Eoin O’Dell, Associate Professor in the School of Law in Trinity College told Jonathan Healy what is allowed and what isn't, and whether the law can be changed.
