This weekend marks the one year anniversary of Irelands national lockdown. As a result millions of people across the country were affected both directly and indirectly.

One year on, Kieran Cuddihy returns to his hometown of Kilkenny to speak to six people from different branches of life:

  • Fr Willie Purcell,
  • John Ryan, Owner of the Pembroke Hotel and 'Mint' beauty salon
  • Linda Nolan, managing director of MyBio antigen testing company
  • Paul Murphy, Kilkenny hurler
  • Rory Gannon, owner of CakeFace coffeeshop
  • Vincent McIntyre, owner of The Village Inn pub

In this special extended feature, you'll hear local voices from the area, lamenting on the Kilkenny they once knew.
