Following the funeral of Lyra McKee today, Ivan challenged the political parties in the North to finally get Government up and running again.
He put it to Sinn Fein MP Elisha McCallion that it suits her party and the DUP for there to be a stalemate because it exercises their respective bases. And McCallion had none of it.
