'Its tone-deaf' Should Restaurants fine unruly children?

A restaurant in the state of Georgia is taking action charging families a surcharge of 50 Dollars for their children’s “bad behavior.” But could dining establishments here in Ireland introduce a similar charge and is it potentially good idea?
