According to a report from the National Council for the Blind in Ireland,two of Dublin’s local authorities are among 11 countrywide to have issued no fines for dog fouling last year. Claire Byrne, Dublin City Councillor, Green Party and Jade McCormack, who is visually impaired, joined Kieran to discuss what can be done to tackle the issue of dog fowling.
