We are celebrating the humble spud on Newstalk. Because today the 11th World Potato Congress opens in the RDS attracting 1,000 delegates from over 60 countries around the world. We sent our cream of the crop Mr Potato Head to the World Cup of Potatoes. Henry McKean joins us now.
