The covid vaccination taskforce met today as government begins its planning for a rollout.

It comes as the moderna the vaccine maker is has requested emergency use authorisation for its covid vaccine  from the European Medicines Agency today.

But what do we need to do to ensure there’s good uptake?

Kieran was joined by Eoghan De Barra Infectious Diseases consultant in Beaumont Hospital and senior lecturer in the Royal College of Surgeons of Ireland, Larry Brennan Father of HPV vaccine awareness campaigner Laura Brennan, and Tim Kinsella, managing director of MKC Communications, a communications company to discuss.
