How realistic is cancer care outside of hospitals?

Some cancer care, including up to 30% of chemotherapy, could be delivered outside of hospitals from next year, according to Health Minister Jennifer Carroll MacNeill.

The change could see patients access blood tests and other care in local clinics instead of travelling long distances to large hospitals.
